Vertical Precision Ultrasonic Spray System

A mid-scale ultrasonic spray system compatible with focusedwide-range, or scattered-spray nozzles, supporting multi-nozzle parallel operation. Equipped with a precision constant-flow metering pump for 24/7 stable liquid supply. Integrated auxiliary modules (gas control, heated/vacuum stages, exhaust systems) make it ideal for pilot-scale production or large-area thin-film fabrication.
