The benchtop ultrasonic spray coating system is a compact solution featuring customizable ultrasonic nozzles (focused, wide-spray, or scattered patterns), precision metering pumps, carrier gas control, substrate heating plates, vacuum chucks, and exhaust systems. Particularly suited for research laboratories and small-scale thin film production.
