3-in-1 Hot Sealer for Pouch Cell Preliminary Top/Side Sealing & Final Vacuum Sealing, and Vacuum Standing



  • the preliminary sealing top and side of the pouch cell before electrolyte injection.
  • the vacuum sealing for the pouch case after injection of electrolyte in the glove box.
  • the vacuum standing for the electrolyte diffusion and degassing .

It is designed for Li-S pouch cell preparation in glove-box for the space saving.

Features

Sealing Mode (TopSide  and vacuum ):

· LITH-TF with Rubber Sealing blade and Manual Footswitch is specially designed for hot sealing the top side of the pouch cell with the tab extruded. Unlike hard type sealing blade, the soft type sealing blade is able to eliminate the sealing gap caused by the battery taps.

· Vacuum Sealing Mode: After electrolyte injection, The device is able to perform the final vacuum sealing for the pouch cell. 

· Vacuum Standing Mode:  After the vacuum sealing,  The device is able to do the vacuum standing for the electrolyte diffusion and degassing. The vacuum timer would be used for the standing time control.

· Please use high purity inert gasses (Ar or N2), when operating in the glovebox. Using Air Compressor driven when operating outside the glove box.

· Air Compressor and fitting are not included.

· Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of air compressor, a two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation.
