Introduction
YST series tablet press is our newest generation R&D result into the market, also it is one of the most advanced tablet forming machine. Compared with the common tablet press machine, its main advantages lies in:

2.Easily operation: The whole machine can fully CNC operation, production debugging operated through PLC touch screen. It can cut the cumbersome process in great scope, and make the operation more simple.
3.Save the cost: Adopt high advanced YST series tablet press machine, it can save the electricity about 50%, and improve the capacity nearly 30% which compared under the same operating, conditions.
The YST-16T tablet press is a large-scale (stainless steel type or powder-coated type) tablet press newly developed by our factory. It can press granular and powdered raw materials into various common and special-shaped tablets, and is suitable for pressing large-sized products with high density requirements.
Highlight 1: The equipment has high precision, and the mold replacement and installation are convenient and easy to learn.
Highlight 2: All actions are controlled by a microcomputer PLC, featuring a high degree of automation.
Highlight 3: Multiple pieces can be produced in one mold, and the pressing time, pressure and product thickness can also be appropriately adjusted.
Our company has been engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of non-standard tablet presses for many years. Our equipment has a wide range of applications and we also provide our own mold processing and manufacturing services. We have accumulated a lot of experience in product pressing. While providing equipment and molds, we can also offer customers certain technical support for products and molds.
After the equipment arrives, our company will arrange professional technicians to install and debug it on-site and provide training for the operators. The equipment is guaranteed for one year. During this period, our company will provide free spare parts and on-site service.
The entire hydraulic system is imported from Taiwan, which offers higher stability and avoids problems such as oil leakage, easy oil dirtiness, insufficient pressure, and asynchronous and continuous actions. The working part and the hydraulic system part are separated and independent, causing no pollution. It features automatic heat dissipation, reducing equipment wear and tear.
