The THP-40 tablet press is suitable for the pressing and molding of various powders, granules and crystals. Our factory independently manufactures and provides press molds, and can produce products of various shapes according to customer requirements.
The equipment pressure can be adjusted within a range of 40 tons, and the depth of the packing, that is, the height of the product after extrusion, can be adjusted within a certain range.
The equipment is simple, safe and convenient to operate. After the mold is installed and debugged, the raw materials are manually put into the material cylinder at the rear top of the equipment. Then, the power is connected and the working switch is turned on. The equipment can automatically complete the entire process of material feeding, pressing, and product ejection and pushing out. For chemical powder tablet pressing and corrosive powder tablet pressing, the equipment adopts large-area titanium alloy wrapping for the parts in contact with the materials. The mold is made of TC4 super corrosion-resistant material.
