Technical Specifications

Long-term operating temperature: Room temperature to 1100-1200℃. The furnace door can be opened for material loading and unloading under high temperature conditions. The temperature can rise to 1200 ℃ within 2 hours under linear heating mode.
The furnace chamber adopts an integral box-type structure. Furnace chamber dimensions: Depth 1300mm × Width 800mm × Height 600mm. Heating elements are evenly arranged at the bottom, rear, left and right sides inside the furnace chamber for all-round heating.The furnace lining features excellent thermal insulation performance, good thermal shock resistance, no slag falling and no collapse. It is resistant to rapid cooling and rapid heating, with uniform temperature field and strong resistance to thermal expansion and contraction.
The junction between furnace mouth and trolley adopts step cross sealing combined with quartz sand knife sealing structure for effective sealing.
The trolley and furnace door are designed as an integrated structure, with power-off interlock function when the furnace door is opened. Equipped with variable frequency reducer assembly and chain transmission (with frequency conversion and combined limit control), realizing fast start and slow stop operation.
Ball catch snap rings are installed at the rear of the trolley to lock the trolley and prevent outward sliding.
Working height of the trolley: 500mm.
The outer surface of the electric furnace is equipped with decorative panels with high-temperature baking finish, featuring an aesthetic and neat appearance.
The furnace lining materials and heating elements shall have strong resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating.
A Z-type exhaust port with a diameter of 40mm is arranged at the upper rear position, equipped with a matching plug.
Equipped with a 10-inch touch screen for programmed temperature control and SCR power regulator. It supports customized heating, heat preservation and cooling curves, and the entire program operation status can be displayed on the touch screen in real time.
Temperature control system: Siemens PLC control, PID regulation and microcomputer intelligent control. Programmable multi-segment temperature curves to realize fully automatic heating, heat preservation and cooling without manual on-duty monitoring.
Controller configuration: 2-channel temperature control. Thermocouples are installed on the top of the furnace chamber, including two for temperature control and one for temperature detection.
Main electrical components adopt Schneider brand. The manufacturer shall reserve 35 meters of compensation wires, control cables and motor cables between the control cabinet and the furnace body. Load cables shall be provided by the user, and the wiring shall cooperate with on-site bridge laying requirements.
Equipped with over-temperature protection and thermocouple break protection functions. The heating circuit will be automatically cut off in case of over-temperature or thermocouple failure.
The device is provided with a fault alarm system. Corresponding fault troubleshooting instructions shall be provided for all equipment faults.
