Key Technical
The Lith-KJ4M Automatic Multi-Layer Spin Coater is designed for the deposition of perovskite materials, semiconductors, optical coatings, and thin films. It automates the entire process—dispensing, spin coating, and drying—enabling layer-by-layer deposition of two different solutions with up to 1000 layers to form the desired film structure.
The system features:
· Interchangeable vacuum chucks (1", 2", 4") to accommodate various sample sizes.
· Top-mounted PTFE heating cover (up to 200°C) for rapid drying of wet films (PTFE chuck required for heating).
· Dual-program capability (A/B sections, each with 6 programmable segments, repeatable 500 times).
