Characteristic
1. This series of hydraulic machine tools uses a liquid pressure of 1-14 mpa as the power source and is externally connected to three-phase AC380V 50HZ or three-phase
AC220 60HZ AC power supply. The total power consumption does not exceed 3.7KW.
2. This series of equipment uses liquid as the medium to transfer energy, featuring high efficiency, fast punching speed and low noise.
The noise of the equipment in standby mode shall not exceed 80 decibels.
4. It adopts a four-column and three-plate structure. The vertical accuracy of the movable plate is controlled by four precision guide sleeves, and the parallel accuracy of any point on the lower working surface and the upper working surface is below 0.1MM.
5. The press is equipped with a waste gas blowing assembly. And there is a waste material drop chute on the lower workbench *.
6. The position of the lower dead center of the punch press is generally controlled by a pressure switch and a position sensor.
7. If required by the customer, two speed segments, fast and slow, can also be designed (generally decelerate and press down when approaching the product quickly).
8. It features an automatic counting function and is available in two control modes: manual and semi-automatic. Manually, the upper die can be stopped within any travel range. It is equipped with an emergency rebound button and can also be fitted with an infrared hand guard
9. Customers can adjust the pressure, stroke, punching speed, blowing time and closing height by themselves, which is convenient for operation.
10. The hydraulic system is equipped with a built-in oil tank at the bottom, presenting a neat and stable appearance. The workbench is equipped with casters and foot cups under it, allowing for easy movement.
The output force range of this series of hydraulic machinery includes 3tf, 5tf, 10tf, 10tf and 15tf. Optional.(1tf=1000kgf=9.8KN)
