The LITH-XZY60 is a precision battery flattening machine designed for large cylindrical batteries and supercapacitor cells. It flattens both the positive and negative sides to ensure a compact and even surface, facilitating firm laser welding to the upper and lower current collectors. This is a patented product developed in-house to meet the precision and automation needs of modern battery production.

· Automated process flow: Includes automatic feeding, first and second pre-flattening, final flattening, short-circuit testing, and discharge.
