I. Equipment Introduction

This series of NMP recovery systems utilizes the 100% miscibility of NMP and water to treat and recover exhaust gases from coating machines. The equipment operates fully automatically, ensuring stable and safe system performance. It adopts a two-stage spray absorption combined with a two-stage activated carbon adsorption design to ensure compliant emission of tail gases. The system comprises ventilation ducts, spray boxes, pump units, blowers, and control systems. With a high recovery rate, low operating cost, attractive appearance, small footprint, excellent performance, and easy operation, it is ideally suited for the coating processes in various lithium battery laboratory lines.

 

II. System Overview

1. System Quantity: One coating line for cathode electrodes. Max exhaust flow per unit: 1600 m³/h. The system is designed for one-to-one treatment; max recovery capacity: 1600 m³/h.

2. Recovery Medium: N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP)

3. Applicable Standard: GB 30484-2013 (NMP exhaust concentration: Non-methane hydrocarbons ≤ 50 mg/m³)

4. Treatment Process: Two-stage segmented spray absorption + two-stage activated carbon adsorption
