Product Introduction
The single-punch tablet press machine can compress powder and granular raw materials into tablets. Working principle
This machine is a small desktop electric continuous tablet press. The lower punch of the tablet press (with its working position facing upwards) extends into the middle die hole from the lower end, sealing the bottom of the middle die hole. The medicine is filled into the middle die hole by a feeder. The upper punch of the tablet press (with its working position facing downwards) falls into the middle die hole from the upper end and descends for a certain distance to press the powder into tablets. The upward punch lifts the exit hole. The lower punch rises to push the tablet out of the middle die hole, completing one tablet pressing process. The lower punch returns to its original position, preparing for the next filling.
