The LITH-KJ01H10 High-Temperature Dip Coating System is designed for high-temperature (800–1000°C) thin-film deposition. It features three independently controlled temperature zones with adjustable lifting speeds for each stage, driven by a PLC-programmed high-precision stepping motor.

This system is widely used in research involving high-temperature dip coating. The sample is fixed to a lifting wire, lowered into a solution for immersion, then withdrawn into a high-temperature furnace tube for rapid film curing. The furnace can reach up to 1000°C, with standard lifting wires rated for ≤800°C. Special lifting wires (800–1000°C) are available upon request.

The LITH-KJ01H10 is ideal for high-temperature film growth applications, including:

· Specialized nanofilms

It supports operation in inert (N₂, Ar) or oxidizing atmospheres and is widely used in universities, research institutes, and industrial laboratories.
