1. Application Scope:

Suitable for baking entire rolls of lithium-ion battery electrodes


2. Configuration:

A. Oven Chamber: Made of 3.5 mm imported 304 stainless steel, with stiffeners processed from the same material

B. Frame: Made of 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm high-quality cold-rolled steel, insulated with two-layer structure composed of aluminum silicate cotton, aluminum foil cotton, and sound insulation cotton

C. Hot Air System: Each layer includes fan, heating box, air duct, and piping, ensuring temperature uniformity

D. Control System: Composed of PLC, Weinview touchscreen, KITA pressure sensor, high vacuum baffle valve, solid-state relays, temperature controllers, solenoid valve groups, etc.

E. Hardware Components: Includes doors, rear covers, vacuum pipes, and other stamped parts

 

3. Machine Features:

A. Fully enclosed heating channels with breathable heating process, offering high energy efficiency and precise temperature control

B. High-vacuum pneumatic baffle valve, individually controlled for each of the four isolated chambers

C. Equipped with six high-performance safety protection devices

D. Aluminum alloy doors with resilient double-glass panels, featuring excellent heat retention and explosion-proof properties; three-layer pressure detection with overpressure protection

E. 7-inch color HMI touchscreen standard across the entire series, aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly

G. Material loading method: Hung on a 63 shaft centered inside the chamber, maximum load capacity ≤150 kg

H. Chamber structure: Four single-open doors (4 doors)

I. Insulation structure: High-density aluminum silicate insulation cottondouble-layer thermal insulationouter temperature ≤45°C (excluding glass door)

J. Heating method: Electric heating with external circulating hot air

K. Heating structure: O-shaped external circulation airflow — left-side air outlet, right-side suction, to ensure uniform temperature

L. Touchscreen display with automatic circulation and control, returning to vacuum pressure-holding in the final stage; digital display of safety temperature

M. Equipped with multi-point over-temperature protection system, effectively preventing temperature runaway and enhancing the precision of over-temperature protection

N. Centralized operation via touchscreen panel, easy and reliable; program controller uses PLC for stable operation

O. Four-cylinder ovens controlled independently, allowing separate settings for total baking time, cycle time, vacuum time, and drying time. After parameter setup, pressing the "Auto" button initiates the automatic baking cycle. When time is up, the oven shuts down automatically. If the temperature exceeds the safety threshold, an alarm is triggeredred warning light is activatedheating is stopped, and alarm information is shown on the screen

P. During normal operation, fault alarms and their causes are displayed on the screen in real-time for effective feedback

7. Installation Site Requirements:

A. Front of the oven must be at least 1500 mm away from the wall; left, right, and rear sides ≥300 mm.

Customer must provide an independent circuit breaker and is responsible for connecting the external power supply.

B. Installation Area Requirements (Provided by Customer):

1. Power Supply: Three-phase five-wire, frequency: 50 ±1Hz

2. Vacuum: –0.1 MPa, vacuum pipe with DN20 barbed fitting

3. Nitrogen: Pressure 0.1–0.2 MPa, φ12 pipe
