Introduction
The IML/IMD high-pressure forming machine, also known as the high-pressure gas forming hot bending machine or vacuum hot pressing forming machine, integrates the functions of oil pressure, servo, air pressure, and IR hot pressing forming. It heats the sheet material by closing the mold, and the gas is pressed down in sections. The lower mold cavity is evacuated to achieve three-dimensional film forming. It can achieve segmented pressurization, segmented heating and curve temperature rise. It can be equipped with a mold temperature control machine function.

1. It adopts a servo system, which is low-noise, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. It can reduce electricity consumption by up to 46%, generate less heat and operate at a low oil temperature (within 50 degrees), which can extend the service life of the hydraulic press and reduce production costs.
2. The unique heating system device can control temperature and pressure in sections and zones. The overall temperature difference can be controlled within 4 degrees, ensuring the stability of the hot pressing temperature and significantly improving the yield of the products.
3. Through precise design, the volume of the equipment has been significantly reduced, occupying a smaller area. With the same space, more equipment can be placed, and it can also be placed on the second floor.
4. It can heat up and cool down quickly without the need for telescopic trays, greatly improving production efficiency.
5. The equipment is equipped with a baking tray with ceramic heating bricks, which can instantly heat special diaphragms to 200°-300°, saving baking time and increasing production capacity.
6. The lower mold can be externally connected to an oil temperature control machine to ensure that the temperature of the lower mold remains stable at ±3°, thereby guaranteeing the yield of the product.
