|
After calendaring, coiled positive and negative electrode sheets are loaded into the unwinding system. Powered by traction, the electrode sheet is fed into a blade assembly arranged in line with process specifications for slitting. The slit sheets are rewound by the upper and lower rewinding systems, while edge trims are collected through a specialized trim collection system.
The machine is equipped with automatic web guiding, tension control, and dust extraction systems (including dust removal in the blade area). These features guarantee smooth material feeding, stable slitting performance, and compliance with standards for burrs and straightness.
Using a transfer trolley, load the material onto the unwinding shaft → splicing table → traction rollers → slitting blade group → roller group → upper and lower differential shafts → trim rewinding → set required tension → switch web guiding to auto mode → press start → the machine automatically slits and rewinds.
