180-Type Automactic Electrode Stacking Machine for Lithium Battery Assembly with Automatic Taping




I. Function Overview

The separator is unwound actively and guided through a tension mechanism onto the stacking platform. The platform moves the separator back and forth to place the electrodes. Two robotic arms with suction cups separately pick up positive and negative electrodes from the two feed hoppers on the left side. After precise positioning, they are stacked onto the platform. Once stacking is complete, the separator is cut, and a robotic arm transfers the cell to the adhesive tape station. Adhesive tape is applied automatically, and the next cell begins automatic stacking. (No tail turning)
