Application Scope
l This equipment is applicable to the production process of various common batteries (such as lithium-ion batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, etc.). It is used for mixing and dispersing powder and liquid materials required for electrode slurries, including positive active material powders, negative material powders, binder solutions, solvents, etc. It can ensure full integration of materials, ultimately producing battery slurries with uniform composition and stable texture. It performs exceptionally well in handling high-viscosity systems (such as high-solid-content slurries, viscous slurries containing thickeners, etc.), effectively coping with the characteristics of such materials that have poor fluidity and are difficult to mix, ensuring dispersion effect and mixing uniformity, and meeting the production needs in high-viscosity process scenarios.
