This double-temperature zone tube furnace adopts double-layer shell structure and 50-stage program temperature control system, phase shift triggering and thyristor control. The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and the double-layer furnace shell is equipped with wind. The cold system can quickly raise and lower the temperature. The two ends of the corundum tube are sealed with stainless steel flanges. The flange is supported by a stainless steel bracket. The flow rate is controlled by a flow meter.
