Basic configuration:
1. The single machine is set to 2 zones, and the 64 channels are the same process for one zone. There are two processes.
2. The temperature rise of the internal heat sink of the drive board and switching power supply on the equipment is ≤30°C. The heat dissipation power of the heat sink should be designed according to the long-term full-scale (3A per channel current) to ensure that the equipment can work stably for a long time.
3. The equipment calibration period is 3 months. Within 3 months after the equipment is calibrated, the voltage accuracy of all channels should be ≤±2mV and the current accuracy ≤±3mA.
4. The heat dissipation mode of the electric part: the heat dissipation of the drive plate is the wind after the forward wind.
5. Install a smoke detector on the casing to protect and alarm when there is smoke in the thermostat.
